Julita Bailey-Vasco joined the Foundation in 2020. Previously, Julita worked at JFF (Jobs For the Future), a national nonprofit that leads the workforce and education system in achieving economic advancement for all. At JFF, she was responsible for developing her team’s communications plan, managing communications grant deliverables, and was a thought partner in developing JFF’s postsecondary transformation agenda.
Julita has also worked as a student affairs professional for Bunker Hill Community College, Roxbury Community College, and Eastern Nazarene College.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in organizational communications from Cedarville University, a master’s degree in management from Eastern Nazarene College, and a graduate certificate in higher education, leadership, and management from UMass, Amherst.
